RETURNS

Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your MERAKI DAYDREAM gear, we’ll make it easy. All unworn, unaltered clothing with the original invoice can be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer will have to pay return shipping, which will be $8.00. If you would like to initiate a return, please email info@merakidaydream.com and we will get back to you and let you know the next necessary steps to return your item(s).

*Due to the made-to-order nature of the business, orders may not be canceled after they are ordered* 

EXCHANGES

ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO MERAKI DAYDREAM.

We will also make exchanges easy! You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the original style ordered within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed as well. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email info@merakidaydream.com and we will get the process started.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Meraki Daydream offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

*Returns and exchange policy may change if we have an exclusive item and or drop. Some items are made to order and are extremely limited.

On our items that are made to order if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process.

Please refer to our sizing measurements to ensure you order the right size.

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
